Spiritual Healer, Reiki Master and Teacher, Speaker, Meditation Facilitator.
I’m here to support you to go deeper on your inner healing path so you can move beyond feeling broken and stuck to feeling safe in your body, shift into emotional coherence and transform your story.
I believe energy work and developing healthy self-awareness in your own life is easy. The problem is that us humans tend to overcomplicate things.
After practicing Reiki for 24 years and teaching for over 10 years, I discovered that self-awareness is a skill that needs to be learned, practiced and refined. It’s helped me manage my emotions better, make better decisions, increase my confidence and has improved the way I cope with stress.
Now my mission is to teach everyday people how to reclaim not just their wellness, but also their inner peace, purpose and joy.

The Process
Whether you book a 3, 6 or 12 month mentorship, the process is the same:
- Once you book your mentorship online, you’ll be sent a confirmation to remind you of your booking.
- During your mentorship, we’ll work on any topic you choose, so you feel confident and ready for the next step in your journey. You will have the choice of attending your session live in person or via zoom. Email support throughout our time together. You’ll also receive tools, templates or other relevant information.
- After your mentorship, expect to experience profound shifts and feel more connected with your journey and destiny.

Here are some frequently asked questions about this process.
What is the Mentorship include?
Includes weekly live 1.5-2hr in person or Zoom call, email support where you can ask any questions and get them answered, and receive tools, templates, or other information relevant to your goals. A minimum one month commitment is required. At the end of one month, you can renew for two or three months. It takes time to build new skills. Giving yourself time to really integrate these changes is vital.
What does the process look like?
The first step is to book your Mentorship. Once you do that, you’ll receive a confirmation with a request to book in your initial 60 min call to book and set up your session plan..
During your session you’ll receive support on any topic you choose, remember that sometimes more than one session might be needed for this topic so you feel confident and ready for the next step in your journey. This is why we have a minimum of a month commitment so we can really ensure you get the best results. Once your series of sessions are completed over our time together, you’ll experience profound shifts and feel more connected with your journey and destiny. Sometimes we can work on multiple topics over our time together depending on what you are ready to shift.
